Luxury Self Catering Accommodation. Granton Coach House is a C18th renovated property in a peaceful setting in Goodrich, near to Ross on Wye in Herefordshire, Wye Valley.
All accommodation is on the first floor, reached via external stone steps. There is a super king-size bed (zip & link beds) in the bedroom that has a luxury en-suite shower room with fitted furniture and a heated towel rail. The spacious open plan living area, with a kitchen and dining area has a very comfortable leather settee and a single chair in front of a cosy wood-burner. The kitchen is extremely well equipped having an electric oven with grill & hob, microwave, integrated fridge with small freezer compartment, a slow cooker, and a Nespresso Vertuo Next coffee machine. There is also a dishwasher. The separate small utility room is accessed from the veranda and is an ideal place to hang coats and dry walking boots etc. It has a washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board.
There is a flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD, and a stereo/CD player. WiFi access is available if guests bring their laptops,tablet etc.
Fuel together with a starter pack of logs for the wood-burner is included in the rent. Further logs and kindling are supplied at a small extra cost. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the rent. There is central heating throughout. Sorry, no babes, children or pets & strictly no smoking.
The sheltered veranda is a wonderful place to sit and listen to the birdsong. The woodland garden has a patio with table and chairs and a BBQ and guests have sole use of the front garden which catches the afternoon sun, making the most of this Luxury Self Catering Accommodation. Off road parking is available for 1 car.
